Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TranslateX. By using the desktop app or the web platform you agree to them.
The service
TranslateX is an AI document translator: one-click translation of documents, images, and on-screen content with layout preservation, plus glossaries, translation memory, a review editor, and workspace reports. Features are provided as they exist at the time; we improve them continuously and may change or retire parts of the product.
Your content is yours
You own the documents you translate with TranslateX, the translated copies, and the glossaries and translation memories you build. You can export them at any time. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, and our AI is never trained on it.
Free tier and trials
The desktop app is free to download and use for text and screen translation. Premium document features carry a one-month free trial; plans and enterprise agreements are agreed directly with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use TranslateX to break the law, translate content you have no right to process, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.
AI output
Machine translation is generated by AI and is editable in the review editor before you publish it. It is a strong first draft, and for many documents a final one, but it is not a certified or sworn translation; review anything that will carry formal or legal weight, and use a qualified human translator where the law requires one.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LISAN AI - FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
