01 · Right-click
Translation starts
in the file manager.
No upload portal, no copy-paste. Right-click any PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file in Windows and choose Translate with TranslateX. A translated copy appears next to the original, named and ready to send.
Right-click → Translate. The copy keeps the name with the language tag.
02 · Layout preservation
The design survives
the language change.
Headings, tables, charts, footnotes, and slide structure are rebuilt in the translated document. When the writing direction flips between Arabic and English, TranslateX mirrors the layout so pages read naturally.
03 · Screen translation
Press F6.
Translate what you see.
Scanned pages, dashboards, apps that block copying: draw a box around anything on screen and TranslateX reads it, translates it instantly, and can export a polished document or copy the result.

For documents that carry weight, open the translation in the review editor: source and target side by side, segment by segment. Accept, edit, or lock lines; QA checks flag numbers, punctuation, and untranslated text; your edits merge back into the original layout.
