Three effortless ways to translate

Wherever the document is,
that is where TranslateX works.

Right-click any file

Right-click a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file in Windows and choose Translate with TranslateX. A fully translated copy appears next to the original, layout intact.

Desktop app

Inside Microsoft Office

Translate directly in Word and PowerPoint while you work, including Translate all slides. No copy-paste, no jumping between windows, no reformatting afterwards.

Office add-ins

Press F6 on anything

Capture any region of your screen: a scanned page, a dashboard, a web page. TranslateX reads it, translates it instantly, and can export a polished document.

Screen translation

Layout preservation

Translate.
Don't redesign.

Generic translators give you a wall of text and a day of reformatting. TranslateX rebuilds the translated document in the original design: headings, tables, charts, footnotes, slide structure, even the text inside images.

Arabic to English and back is the hard case, because the whole page flips direction. TranslateX mirrors layouts when the writing direction changes, so RTL pages come out as natural LTR pages, and the other way around.

Language governance

Your terminology.
Every document. Every time.

Organizations do not just need translation, they need the SAME translation. TranslateX enforces your glossary, reuses your translation memory, and applies your organization's writing style, so the ministry name, the product name, and the legal boilerplate come out identical in every document.

Private by design

Cloud when you want it.
Your servers when you need it.

TranslateX runs in the cloud, in sovereign clouds, or fully on your own infrastructure with a local translation model, including documented air-gapped installs. Roles, LDAP sign-in, MFA, audit logs, and white-label branding come with the enterprise platform.

That is why translation of sensitive documents does not have to mean pasting them into a public website.

Frequently asked questions

What file types does TranslateX support?

PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX and CSV), plain text, images and screenshots, and anything you capture on screen. You can batch up to 10 files at a time, up to 100 MB each.

Will my layout really stay the same?

Yes. TranslateX rebuilds the translated document in the original design: fonts, tables, spacing, and slide structure. When translating between right-to-left and left-to-right languages, layouts are mirrored so the result reads naturally.

Which languages does it support?

More than 20 languages including Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Turkish, Urdu, and Persian, with automatic source-language detection. Arabic and English are the flagship pair.

Can it keep our brand voice and terminology?

Yes. Glossaries enforce your approved terms, translation memory reuses your past translations, and the style guide option applies your organization's writing style. See style governance.

Can TranslateX run on-premises?

Yes. Full on-premises and local deployment options exist for sensitive environments, including a local translation model and documented air-gapped installs. See security and on-prem.

How does screen translation work?

Press F6 (or click the toolbar icon), draw a box around anything on your screen, and TranslateX reads the text, translates it instantly, and can copy the result or export a document. It works on scans, dashboards, and apps that block copy-paste.

Translate the document. Keep the design.

Right-click a file, work inside Office, or press F6 on anything on screen. TranslateX returns the same document in the other language: fonts, tables, and layout intact, terminology on brand.
